Job Summary:
The Assistant Sales Manager will play a key role in generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales team to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, social media, and attending industry events
- Develop and maintain a database of prospective clients
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide clients with information on available properties, pricing, and market trends
- Arrange and conduct property viewings and tours for prospective buyers
- Follow up with leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Assist in preparing and presenting sales proposals and presentations to potential clients
- Support the sales team in closing deals and achieving sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on market trends and developments
- Analyze competitors and provide insights to improve sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and progress in the CRM system
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation, sales activities, and market trends for management review
- Educate clients on the buying process, financing options, and legal requirements

Job Specification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pre-sales or real estate sales
- Proven track record of successful lead generation and client relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Ability to understand and explain complex information clearly
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, property valuation, and market trends
- Understanding of legal requirements and processes in real estate transactions
