Job Summary:


The Assistant Sales Manager will play a key role in generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales team to achieve sales targets. This position requires a thorough understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  •  Identify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, social media, and attending industry events
  • Develop and maintain a database of prospective clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide clients with information on available properties, pricing, and market trends
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings and tours for prospective buyers
  • Follow up with leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
  • Assist in preparing and presenting sales proposals and presentations to potential clients
  • Support the sales team in closing deals and achieving sales targets
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on market trends and developments
  • Analyze competitors and provide insights to improve sales strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and progress in the CRM system

Job Specification:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pre-sales or real estate sales
  • Proven track record of successful lead generation and client relationship management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
  • Ability to understand and explain complex information clearly
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, property valuation, and market trends
  • Understanding of legal requirements and processes in real estate transactions
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
